A room where local artists get their due.

Waffles and Wine Art Show is a hub for local emerging artists. Only the most skilled artists are selected for the show, held in the heart of Philadelphia.

Most galleries ask you to speak quietly and keep your distance. We built the opposite. There is music in the room, a bar that stays open, and the person who made the work is standing right beside it — so someone who has never bought art in their life can ask a question, get a real answer, and walk out carrying something they love.

Every show is built around the artist. They choose what to make, set their own prices, and meet the collectors who buy from them directly. Our job is to hold a high bar at the door and fill the room with the right energy — the kind of night that makes people want to come back, and makes a city pay attention to the people making work inside it.

Every show is built around the artist.Jacqueline Rizzo, Founder

What the night actually is.

No velvet rope, no hushed voices. Come at the start, stay till the end, eat more waffles than you planned to, hear something good, and find a piece you want to live with.

Bottomless Belgian waffles

Made fresh on site all night, with rotating seasonal toppings. Included with every ticket — and bottomless means bottomless.

Wine, cocktails, a proper bar

The bar runs the whole evening, pouring wine and cocktails worth lingering over. Drinks are purchased separately at the venue.

[[count_word]] artists, one room

Each accepted artist gets their own display space to show and sell from. Painting, photography, illustration, fashion, sculpture, mixed media — every medium is considered on its merit.

Art you can actually take home

Most pieces run between $50 and $500 — real work at a price a first-time collector can say yes to. You buy straight from the artist who made it.

Music from first pour to last call

Live sets and DJs run the length of the evening. The room moves like a night out rather than an opening, which has always been the point.

Bring your people

Friends, a first date, your parents, the cousin who insists they don't "get" art. The night is built to work for all of them at once.
